Scope

These terms apply to the purchase of digital products offered by the seller through this website and the linked checkout.

Products

All products are digital downloads (such as PDFs, spreadsheets and calendar files). Nothing is shipped physically.

Prices and payment

The price that applies is the one shown at checkout, which is the final price including any taxes as displayed there. Payment is handled by Stripe. By paying you accept these terms.

Delivery

Delivery is a download link or access to the files, provided immediately after your payment is confirmed.

Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the product for yourself and your household. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share the files. If you'd like to recommend the kit, please share the free checklist or the videos instead.

Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, this right expires once delivery has begun, provided you expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 18 (1) 11 FAGG; the corresponding provision of the EU Consumer Rights Directive). The checkout will ask you to give this consent before the download is provided.

Download problems (goodwill)

If you have any trouble downloading or opening your files, email us at coinandcortex@gmail.com and we'll fix it.

Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. Liability is limited as far as legally permitted; this limitation does not apply to damages caused by intent or gross negligence, or to personal injury. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

No financial advice

Our products and content are education and entertainment only. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should check your own contract terms.

Governing law

Austrian law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
